We enjoyed our modern and comfortable room with air conditioning and found the breakfast to be reasonably priced for the quality of pastries and overall food selection.

Only booked this hotel for the last night of our holiday before returning home and was glad we were only there for one night. The staff were friendly and the room was big but felt dirty and the bathroom was like a wet room with no separate cubicle so once you have used the shower the whole floor is wet! We were also woken up at 1am by other guests returning. I think for the money you could find better.

even though hotel was in the center of the city but it was quiet and comfortable. the room was specious. the breakfast and coffee were good. the staff with Sri Lanka background know English and were friendly. the room were reasonably clean
not much just you can hear the noise from hallway and there was not any lobby to wait.

The hotel's location near Termini Station is very convenient for accessing transportation. It is a short distance from the train and metro stations, making it easy to get around Rome. Many good restaurants and grocery stores are also nearby, offering plenty of food options. the staff is friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are basic but clean and equipped with necessary amenities like a safe, fridge, and air conditioning. the breakfast offered is nice, providing a variety of options.
Some guests experienced issues with the wifi in their rooms. the staff made efforts to fix it but were unsuccessful.

Well located & good rate
Furnishings & fittings are old and tatty. Getting to rooms is not comfortable due to small lift.

Cool amenities, top and convenient setting.
Great budget hotel in a tourist area of Rome. Good value for money and reasonably large room available with fresh towels as well as comfy beds. Cheap breakfast for the pastries for the start of the day. Really had outstanding stay on vacation.

Excellent breakfast!!! Hotel is located near train station (express coach stop from airport), near train-station and metro. Professional and friendly staff. 20-Min walk to Colloseum.
Because of the architecture of the building, you get no views from windows. Better off to keep them curtain shut.
